need info for fa* 400

Hello everyone,

I wanted to know qualceh opinion on the lens pentax fa * 400nn f/5.6.

and wanted to know how it behaves on digital, especially if you suffer from Ca, Pfriming, etc. ....

It's pretty good- easy to hold and relatively small. The IQ is above average, but not exceptional. It's a bit too long (on digital) for my taste, though. 300mm is more than adequate for most purposes.

I have already read this review, but the voices are few, and only one speaks of the suffering of CA
I was offered a copy, and I wanted to assess whether it was appropriate to take it or not.

There are a couple of guys over at dpreview that have recently gotten this lens. Some great photos have been posted.
