I don't have this lens but lighter fluid worked wonders with CZJ 180/2.8. I repeated the process of applying lighter fluid to the blades and letting them dry three times before I thought the blades moved as they should.

Definitely worth a try. Thank you for the suggestion. I was hoping that it would have to do with springs. Only because I am able to access two springs without having to dismantle the entire lens.
If I'm fortunate, somebody with knowledge of this lens will chime in with some steps.
