My FA31Ltd is soooooooo lonely and needs some company. She likes the DFA100WR as the big brother and DA15Ltd as the little sister. And that will complete my LBA in the AF arena for a couple of years.

something wide (below 24mm for both my M42 and K mount kits, plus a K5 (or if a newer body comes out perhaps)

As always, either 300/2.8 or 500/4.5 but.....

My main CBA is for a K-x, K-5, or K-r, budget allowing.

My secondary CBA is for all the cool/old/weird cameras there are around.

My tertiatry CBA is the repairs to all the cameras I have that don't work.

As for LBA, I have the following I want to buy:

For my Leica M2, a 50mm f/2 collapsible or a 35mm F/1.4 Voigtlander lens

For my Pentax-K setup, I have the following in my possession:

Sigma 10-20 f/4-5.6
Sigma 17-35 f/2.8-4
Zenitar 16mm fisheye
Pentax DA 18-55 WR
Pentax FA 28-80 F/3.5-5.6
Sigma 28-80 F/3.5-5.6 Macro
Pentax-A 28 f/2.8
Pentax FA 35mm F/2
Pentax-A 50mm F/2
Pentax-A 50mm F/1.7
Pentax-A 50mm F/1.4
Tamron 90mm F/2.8 Macro
Takumar (bayonet) 135mm F/2.5
Access 80-200 F/4

I want to replace the Access lens with an AF 70-200 or 80-200 F/2.8 continuous aperture zoom.

I want to get a fast 28-75 2.8 Tamron zoom,

and a fast 16-50 F/2.8 Pentax DA* zoom...and in the process, sell the Pentax FA 28-80, 18-55, and maybe the Access lens (not that I'd get bus fare home for the three put together.)

The DA 15 is a likely purchase this year. When the K5 get near the end of it's production run and prices drop, then I may upgrade but that may be another year down the road. I have recently upgraded one computer and will do the other one this spring, this one optimized for my photography hobby rather than the general use family computer.

I am cured!

One dose of my Sweet Little Fifteen (DA15mmLtd) and there is no other lens that I need!

My current line up covers 10-300mm in zooms plus primes at 15, 24, 50, 90, 135 and 200mm.

So what else is there? Ha I'm cured!

Mmmmmmm?

Errrrrm?

Mmmmmmm!

Well...............

I suppose a 35mm prime like the Da35f2.4 would slot in nicely? Hummmm. Errrrr. ARRRRRGGHHH!

LBA - It's incureable!!!!!!!!!!!!

Would love to pick up Canon's new 200-400 F/4 with built in 1.4x to make a 280-560 F/5.6. Also it's WR, awesome lens. Can't wait to see IQ.

But even moreso I dream the day Pentax makes a WR pancake lens......Unless maybe there is one already?

for my Pentax something in the 20 range, a 35, something in the 70-90 range, possibly a fast longer zoom a new flash

for everything else
a MF rangefinder (bronica or mamiya, currently eyeing a mamiya press that is a steal)
a good 6x9 folder
Finish building my darkroom

And if I have a particularly lucky month on the lottery
Fuji X100
Leica M film camera w 1 good lens (m4,M3 M6 are my choices)

I am thoroughly enjoying my K7 and modest lens collection, but have an eye out for the following:

1. Silver K5
2. Katzeye focusing screen for K7 or said, K5
3. Ultra wide-angle zoom (Sigma 10-20, Pentax 12-24, Tamron 10-24)
4. More A-series lenses, including 20mm

bellows, microscope objectives, enlarging lenses, focusing rail, macro tripod...... perhaps another flash?

Oh wait, you wanted just LBA/CBA?

Really I have no desire for the K-5 whatsoever, and lens wise I really only want a fast 85mm..... but that will never happen

.

In order of desire/"need" :

1) DA 135 f/2.8 Limited (let's go baby)

2) D800 (let's get going here also people)

3) X100 (23mm f/2, aps-c, tiny, manual external controls, raw. Lotsa shots of opportunity here.)

4) Samyang 14mm f/2.8 (Nikon mount, for FF. Some distortion, but sharp sharp sharp wide wide wide, a great indoor, low-light ideal.)

5) k-5 (later run model. My DA 15ltd and new DA 135ltd want it.)
