Panasonic Lumix 7-14mm for Pentax K-5

Hey all, about a couple of months ago I posted about my K-5 screen being defective, I sent it back to from where I bought it and received another one everything is good no I don't even see any stains on the sensor... I love my K-5 so much I managed to take some amazing pictures. My question is if there's a mount out there where I can use my Lumix 7-14mm for my K-5? I tried searching on ebay but all i found was mounts to use Pentax lenses on my GH1. Thanks I hope that this is possible if not I will have to buy the Sigma 8-16mm lens

No, you can't. The reason is that the mount to sensor distance of Pentax K mount is much longer than the mount to sensor distance for micro fourthirds. So even if you made yourself an adapter, you would only be able to use your 7-14 as an extreme closeup lens.

That really depends on your requirements. If you need 8mm, you have only that one choice. If you just need wide but have not settled on a focal lenght and style, you might find the widest does not work best for you. I had to try/rent a couple before falling love with the DA15Ltd.

Remember that 7-14mm on the Panasonic is like like 9-18 mm on APS-C, so 10-20 may be wide enough for you (personally, I don't own anything wider than 16mm, so I can't comment on the virtues of the different lenses).
