What's your basis for completely dismissing this lens on? Googling for either the Rikenon or Spiratone 300/4.5 yields little tangible information - do you have any personal experiences with either of these lenses? I agree the eBay seller is painting a very rosy picture about the lens along with too high price but if I could find one for $50.00, I would buy it in an instant even if I have a glut of the same focal length lenses.
