Tiger Bokeh
Allen, your tigers are reminding me of the Big Cat Rescue operation an hour or so north of us. I may have to take my son up there . . . and bring the camera and my K 200/2.5 as well! Which, of course, is a good thing. (Now I'm trying to remember what the K 200/2.5's bokeh is like. . . .)

Yes,we were very wary about it but it went well and gave us the freedom to set out our own agenda and visit sites as early as possible.
The worst roads were the urban three lanes around Cancun which we hit at school run time when we returned the car!

I think we may do that next time we are down there. As you mention, you end up getting to many of the spots way too late.

Tair 11 Bokeh
NOW I know what a Tair 11 is. Holy aperture blades--twenty of them! I had no idea such a lens existed. . . .

That explains the sweet bokeh, for sure.

Rose Rugosa 'Rubra'

It just caught my eye as I walked by...

Some beautiful texture detail going on with a hint of back light thrown in for good measure.

"Lady Luck”(Pentax-A* 135mm F1.8) Wide open @ F1.7

Many interesting images on this page. This one a little visually confusing.

I like that tiny spider.
Nice wild yellow iris starting to go past prime bloom. Got some hot-edge bubbles in the bokeh here - distracting. I'll have to clone out the worst ones.
There. Took the time I should have in the first place and got rid of the nasty bright-edged bubbles.
