Having never used either lens, but seeing photos from someone who knows what to do with them, and do it well . . . I'd opt for the 58/1.4. Sweet glass, that.

But now I'm curious what will show up on the Marketplace. . . .

I was curious about the 58mm f1.4 so I went on EBAY. K-Mount copies demand much, MUCH higher prices than Canikon mounts, probably because of the smaller number available.
