I put the K 24/2.8 on the camera, tucked my A 50/2.8 macro in my jacket pocket, and headed to Governor Dodge State Park 15 miles to the south. ...I found a little spot I hadn't stopped at before, and there I found mosses, lichens, and fungi.
A really lovely set of images. I hope you will cross-post to the forest walks thread.

Another place for lichens and other flat-growing, extreme environment and marginal habitat plants is Antarctica. My daughter helped a botanist with labels for liverworts he collected there.
Somewhere in my film photos from roughly 20 years ago, I have photos of liverworts I found at Starved Rock State Park in Illinois. I may have to look those up--though something tells me I wasn't concentrating on bokeh at the time. . . .

Speaking of state parks . . . most state parks in the southern half of Wisconsin were closed today. Who knows when they'll open again. So I was pretty lucky to have got those photos I posted earlier, the ones I made just yesterday.

Stay safe, stay well.

Thanks, Des! I may have to do that. I've been pretty intent on bokeh for months now, though I know there are all manner of interesting threads her in the forums. I'll check out forest walks, though it may have to wait until tomorrow. . . .
