Chinon 50mm f1.4. When this came out of the camera I was amazed. This lens has pretty remarkable OOF rendering.

Franken-lens-ed another projector lens this afternoon. I torn down a Isconar 135/4 (which has barely mediocre glass) to have its 14 blade aperture. I bought the Isconar at a swap for 7€ ... just to have its aperture for this project. I then mounted the aperture on the bellows and next added a Malik Triolam 100/2.9, since it fit without any further modification.

First hastily-made test shot in the backyard despite really crummy overcast skies. Shot at f/5.6 and this should be fun to experiment with this lens and others ... Salut, J (xpost)
