I looked out my office windows and saw a chance to shoot a female Painted Bunting or a handsome squirrel......hope you guys aren't disappointed?

Same body shape as the male, but very different in coloration!

Don't worry....I'll get you guys a handsome squirrel shot later today if at all possible!

Regards!

I like how the spiderweb lines up with the veins in the flower petal. Really cool!

A couple flower shots from this evening:

SMC-K 55mm at f1.8

SMC-K 24mm at f2.8. Cropped a bit, to remove my fingers holding the flower stem still in the breeze.

Antique Tractor Show Colors -- ALL Bokeh! Who needs focus?!!!

K10D
Tamron 27A 28-80mm

South Fulton Antique Tractor Show, Vermont, Illinois. I took several pictures of the show with subjects in focus, but while considering what to frame and focus on next, I loved the bubble bokeh I was seeing in the viewfinder and just couldn't resist snapping this one, too.
