I have been thinking of getting a mamiya 645 just because of that lens and you are not making it any easier to resist that temptation!

Yes, it is a pity that it is not adaptable to Pentax 645 mount. By the way, there i actually a digital back for the Mamiya 645 AFD camera. I've had the same urge, but now will probably just continue enjoying this glass on the K-1 as I am quite happy with the results.
