For something shot at f/7.1 this looks rather bokeh-ish.

Your post led me to take a closer, longer look at Pepperberry's picture, and the more I look at it the better I like it. There are so many great pictures here I get in the bad habit of flying through them without looking closely. Anything that gets me to slow down and look carefully is appreciated. Come to think of it, that's the whole point of photography, isn't it?
