Really lovely shots.....hard to pick the best...they are both excellent.

BTW- I sometimes just open up the last page and miss the previous page. If anyone missed the last page, go back and take a good look, some of the best bokeh shots posted are on that page....and I'm not talkin' 'bout my doves, they are not even close!

Regards!

Love it! Fine capture!

You are so right! Here I didn't even see the little critter until I got the lens down close...I was going to shoot the bloom.....missed getting it right, but did get me a spider!

Tamron 28-200mm bokeh.

This lens has been one of my favorite all-around lenses from the day I got it and the bokeh has always amazed me. For a lens that gets ratings that belie it's true capabilities, it deserves more attention that it gets. Here's a sample of what I mean.

First time using the Sigma 28mm f/1.8 EX DG Aspherical Macro. Camera was registering f/1.7.

It was hard to nail focus as a beginner using a fast lens. All shot RAW only cropped resized and saved as JPEG.

28mm, f/1.7, 1/50 sec, ISO 1600

28mm, f/1.7, 1/60 sec, ISO 1250
