The stamen on those flowers are quite sharp from that distance...macro lens? I had a newer Tamron 90mm a few years ago that was a macro.

if you mean the honeysuckle, then yes - it is a macro lens; Tamron Adaptall 2 72B (90mm f2.8 macro)... and it's amazing...

Just did a bit of research on this lens...indeed a nice acquisition on your part

One more from my new to me K50/1.2 @ 1.2 ...this time in mono with ghostly bokeh and a slightly different perspective.

Great to see some K-1 shots making the rounds. I'm especially looking forward to using the 3 limiteds on FF too!

That first image is a right pearler. I've been thinking long and hard about the 43, it's such a unique lens in a lot of ways, and when it's right it's creates some special images.

Thanks to all of you guys!

Some more test shots from today (all FA43)

K300/4 on the K-1, a very under-rated lens, I've got an M*300 (which is awesome) but I really enjoyed playing with this one today.
I've yet to meet a 'K' lens that didn't make me fall in love with it.
