Sitting around waiting for the hummers to turn up. There are lots of nice flowers on the porch.

Where there are flowers, there are going to be bees.

And eventually maybe hummers.
K-1: ISO 1600, ƒ11, 1/1600s I have no idea why the K-1 was set up like that, it just was.

The plan was use the K-1 with the 300 and 1.7x instead of the K-3 with 1.4 TC. The conclusion? Just use the K-3 with the 1.7x.

Gladiola bokeh

This photo is probably going to be shown sideways by PF, but I will show it anyway.

It is just so sad, it started late and ended early.

To make it even worse for me I was very sick for June and July. My asthma has been almost unmanageable this year. I just recently started to feel better.

The bee in flight is a stop & stare. Know from numerous failures that is a very difficult capture.

Long lens portraiture is really getting to be a thing.
