The first flower looks as though it is ready to say something, such as "feed me..."

Daisy fleabane with many different levels of bokeh, making it a little difficult to spot the flowers that are in focus.

On a day-hike high up the flanks of Sauratown Mountain we found the laurel in profuse bloom. Walking in, I shot the kit lens on the Fuji for documentation. Walking out, I shot the Takumar for fun. Fujifilm X-T20, SMC Takumar 55mm f/2.0 at f/2.0, 1/2900s, ISO 400.

A different take on the bokeh from the Schneider 125/2.0

For the record, this is what was blurred beyond recognition

Some Squirrel Tail Bokeh after he ran up onto the steps right behind my wife. (She hates rodents with a passion so I had to point out Junior to her!) F 3.5 with my new DA* 50-135. Love it!

35 years ago an elder beemaster caught a swarm of wild bees in our garden - a third of the swarm escaped and landed on my naked chest - some hundred bees from my navel up to my beard...not a single of them did prick me!
The good covered beemaster took a canard wing to wipe off the bees and whispered: "Thats right, boy, no breathing..."
I still wonder that my underpants have not been wet...

It's a good thing that didn't give you hives!

Yes it is!
Later the old Beemaster told me that wild swarms bees stay cool, as long as they can smell her Queen to be in the near range and that she is not endangered....
