In close up mode the SMC Pentax FA 28-105 F4-5.6 Bokeh is quite good. (It focusses op to 43mm at 105mm 0.33x magnification, this is 63mm F4.5)
I have a very similar photo from about 20 years ago of a very similar cat taken with a very similar lens (mine was the PZ version) for a very similar reason (closeup at the right focal length).

Since it was in film days, though, I used a Tiffen warm soft to enhance the Bokeh...

Capturing the bee above the flower was totally accidental. I didn't see it coming, but did see it going. Blind luck that I tripped the shutter at almost the perfect time (not quite, the bee isn't quite in the plane of best focus).

I thought about putting this one at the Rupert memorial but there are many much better squirrel pictures there, so I decided to post it here, mainly for the interesting red fringing in the upper left quadrant. I love taking backlit pictures because you never know what you are going to get, and this is an example. It is heavily cropped but with a little post processing plenty sharp in the center, one of the many virtues of the SMC Takumar 55mm f/2 lens.
