The garden gate is open. Step into a lush, green, cool, quiet world.

You don't have to use a fast lens to get interesting bokeh - just separation and backlight. Super Takumar 35mm f/3.5, wide open, 1/450s, ISO 800.

Beer bokeh. I prefer IPA but this is a decent lager. Here I manipulated the bokeh. I backlit the subject, then placed bubble-wrap between the subject and the light source, which was light streaming in through a window. Then I placed wadded up red and blue cloth behind the bubble-wrap. Shot with my SMC Takumar 55mm f/2, wide open, on a Fujifilm X-T20 body, and heavily processed in RawTherapee.

No, it's not the RMC. Mine just says "Tokina 24mm f/2.8" but I can tell it's multi-coated, it's probably one of the latest versions of the 24 2.8 that Tokina sold.

It's identical in pretty much every way to the Cosina-made Vivitar 24 2.8 that you are familiar with (the one you used to own ) - except it says Tokina instead of Visitar MC. And it focuses quite a bit closer. But it even has the same fonts and marks as the Vivitar, the casing for the lens is exactly the same, but optically it seems to be slightly sharper and have slightly better colors.
