I can't see anything but then that says a lot about my photography.

Those delicate spider web strands could not hold so much much water without sagging like the middle section of cable on a suspension bridge. The original was a vertical that I rotated ninety degrees counter-clockwise. It actually imparts a slight sense of tension to the image. The drops & strands seem to be streaming rather than dangling.

Dew with some doughnut bokeh perhaps caused by refraction in the dewdrops.
