My K-5 and old manual focus Tokina SZ-X 60-300mm f4-5.6 delivers again. Male cardinal on a dead blue spruce branch.
I find myself using this early 1990’s Tokina in place of the Pentax 55-300mm DA most of the time.

The random lens picker is not making it easy for me giving me the second crappy lens in a row. The auto Exaktar 35mm 1:2.8 Korean made lens. CF distance is 70cm so I put the takumar lens attachment on it making it about 50cm I estimate. Low contrast and not very sharp on a gray day.
