It's nice and relaxing to look through this thread at what I've missed the last three days because of our participation in the village-wide garage sale. . . . (I managed to sell a Vivitar SLR m42, two old inexpensive K-mount zooms, a Quandary K-mount zoom, an inexpensive 500mm mirror lens, two or three old, cheap flashes, and a Panasonic Lumix FZ-15. There's a little more room around here now for more primes, I suppose. . . .)

Thank you...

Happy hunting for those primes.

Walter !!!! Excellent quip. Appreciate it...It has been quite wet this Summer in the Northeast and the greenery is thriving. I like working with green plants and certain lenses because the Bokeh can really pop. Have you noticed that as well?

A macro flower image with plenty of green bokeh, and a little bokeh around the top.

Yesterdays Random lens was the great Jupiter 11 135/4 and this is a wild teasel with smooth sonnar bokeh.

You got the ant drowning in an existentialist blur there... that colony will have issues

Not creamy bokeh, in this f/5.6 shot, but definitely out-of-focusness either side of the red bandana.
