Ha! That's pretty funny, simple! I'm glad my thoughts about the Northern Lights weren't too off-base.
I think the "Aurora" bokeh came from the far side of the filter's inside paper that was above the grounds.
Who knew coffee filters could be so beautiful. . . .

Bee bokeh. I can't recall the name of this plant, but the honey bees absolutely swarm it when it blooms.
This one is Cogon grass (Japanese blade grass). It's invasive and will take over a lot of area in short order if not controlled, but the bees love it.
