Scan from the film era so no data, but from the time & place probably either a ZX5n or a *ist + Sigma 300mm f4 APO macro.

Wintery bokeh with the Auto-Chinon 200mm 1:3.5 (a side catch which is surprisingly sharp wide open)

This site says the third digit on the serial is the year - my one is 9 so I would say 1979. Great review for a 40 year old!
Vivitar Auto Macro 55mm f/2.8 Vintage Lens Review | ePHOTOzine
Hopefully Riley will keep on his habit of testing old glass.
The exif on the shot says "m42" so I am thinking I might have attributed wrongly - I have a 55mm fujinon 3.5 that is m42 mt and might deserve the credit
The shot was 3-4 months ago. The Fujinon rarely goes for walkies - too many lenses too little time!
