That is fringed polygala, AKA gaywings, a lovely little flower, one of my favorites in the Spring. It won't be in bloom here for many weeks, but we know places where it sprinkles the ground and make sure we walk there when it is open. It's a lovely spot to walk because there are also numerous lady slippers (AKA moccasin flower) and other delights of the Spring awakening.
