Purple onion, Japanese steel, walnut cutting board. EBC Fujinon 55mm f/3.5 macro on my Pentax K-3ii. Aperture set at f/5.6--a minuscule slice of focus depth at this range.

Thanks! Yeah it is veggies. I'm not a vegan myself but I have a few veggie friends and usually I go with them for photo opportunities.

Thanks, pepperberry! To me, it's worth the tiny bit of extra effort to get the adapter in place to use that old m42. I need to use it more often. . . .
