A quick comparison of DA 35/2.4 L and Carl Zeiss Jena 35/2.4

Before going to work yesterday morning I did a quick comparison of these two lenses.

You can see the pics of the still life and flowers here (I can upload the 100% crops later if people are interested). The CZ is the one with no aperture value indicated.

Few immediate observations jump out:

1. DA 35/2.4 is very sharp (but you knew that)
2. They render the colours quite differently with the DA giving (what to me looks like) a warmer hue.
3. The angle of view is not the same! DA is wider!! I will have to check this but I don't think I moved the tripod
4. CZ can focus much closer and gives a creamier bokeh with no "lumps".

What do you see/ think?
