I find the suggestion of the combination of 12-24 and 28-75 to be very sensible.

However, 12-24 is a little over my price range and I'm also lusting over either a 15 or 21 ltd. :-)

So my travel kit is going to be like:
- 15 or 21
- 28-75
- 50-200

And I thought the following might work:
- 17-50 or 16-50
- 77
- 50-200

I would keep my 55-200 as I do not use that range much. I would probably leave it at home on some of my trips.

@paperbag846: I would like to use either the 15 or 21 for buildings, interiors, street scenes and landscape/hiking purpose. What is your recommendation if I am to get only 1 of the 2 lenses?

I think you will find the 21 too long for building interiors. The 15 would be the better choice if you choose the prime lens options. I am very happy with my DA* 16-50, as I was happy with 24-90 on film. They have the same wide view at 16mm digital, 24mm film which I find a very useful focal length.

i have K200D and DA17-70..the combination is very good in IQ, color and sharpness..

the combination feels solid in hand..

i will recommend you
1. DA17-70/4
2. DA15/4

you can travel very light with that(around 1kg total weight)

you can use DA15 for wide angle and walkabout lens and DA17-70 for landscape and portrait..
