Voigtlander screw mount?

I am completely lost on this and hope you folks can clear this up for me. Are the Voigtlander screw mount lenses at cameraquest compatible with the M42 adapter? Can these be used with the K series Pentax? If so how does the 75/2.5 Color Heliar compare to the FA77?

Thanks,

Ken

Is there an adapter that takes it from 39mm to 42mm and if so how does that affect the focusing ability?
