Wow wow!!
I think if I have them, I can just watching the lenses for days or months before they get out of my back yard, if they ever get out at all...
But there is no way my wife accept to sell our house and living in a tent for these beauties...

I'm very glad to see it arrived in good order Clint - now the practice investment begins!

Even though it's well packed, it's always a concern that the courier handles it without issue. I can assure you that when Jay shipped the FA* 250-600/5.6 to me via 2-day, I was a bit nervous...

Regards,
Marc

It's great to see Fat Albert in his new home with his new little brother. Those shots of the mountains make me think I may have to schedule a post-placement home visit. ;~)

Since that 300/4 is now obsolete and you're probably going to use it as a doorstop or as a center weight for your tripod, I'll pay shipping for such an outdated lens

By the way, is the tape on the right box...what I think it is? For drywall?

No, ryan, it's not drywall tape--it's super-duper, fiberglass-reinforced shipping tape.

Clinton, maybe you can turn the lights down low and get some provocative shots to post in the lens fetish club when the weather outside isn't cooperating.

Please, don't blame me. I learned this technique from our member smc when he bought his A* 1200.

And now you have no need for the upcoming Sigma 120-300 or how is that story going?

I will have to see how it performs. A zoom in this range would still be pretty handy...
