K10D + Tamron 17-50mm F2.8

Hi,

I am using K10D for few years. Now i am planning to buy tamron 17-50mm F2.8 lens.

I would like to get some idea or comment regarding this lens with my K10D.

Is there any issue working with my K10D?

I read a lots of Positive comment for this lens.

Please advice!

One K10D user reports front focusing; other K10D user very happy. So not every copy of the lens might give you problems. On a K10D, you need to access the debug menu if you have focusing problems.

If you buy a new lens, just get it calibrated with your body for free.

Tamron service will calibrate the lens with your body if the focus is off.

A buddy of mine LOVED that lens on his K10D. He just (as in last week) sold all of his stuff to KEH, so if you're looking for a like new lens, you can look out there...
