Anyone have experience with lens return with pentax.

Just curious about turn around time and communication with the returnee.

It was a few years ago when I sent one in but the response was pretty prompt. I want to say over all it took about two weeks before I had my lens back.

I had to send one under warranty to CRIS ia Arizona. It came back perfect in about three weeks. SDM issue.

You might want to specify what you are returning the lens for, so you'll more specific replies.
