Some more Sigma 85 1.4 Shots

The more I use this lens, the more I fall in love with it. When it arrived, I just slapped it on and flew. I stopped down to 1.6 yesterday, just because it allowed me to and not because I had to, center sharpness was quite drastic. It's nice feeling like you have options with these kinds of lenses. Some of these were just ever so underexposed, which is common with pentax cameras. I kind of like it because pictures are never OVER exposed which I think is worse. I have the gut feeling pentax designs their cameras to do this for good reason. These shots are all F1.6.

Clearly the sharpness is not a problem. I particularly like the 1st & 4th, as the eyes really bring the pics alive. These shots donīt let us see much of the bokeh though...

can you shoot more of a half/full body shot or anything (not necessarily people but environment, animals, flowers, architectures, abstract, solid objects, etc...) that would show significant background?

we are totally sold on the sharpness but we need to see some of those bokeh quality, and something that would show overall colour rendering ( different shades (in focus and oof).

Not necessarily. I adjusted the white balance to give a warmer look (preference). The default auto white balance setting was much too sterile/cold. Of course different colors are going to have varying intensities depending on the type of moniter and individual settings.
