well u can cut down the list by eliminating the cameras, which is everything that doesnt have a focal length and aperture.
eg
PENTAX ME SUPER 150,00 MR
PENTAX Z1P 400,00 MR
PENTAX SUPER A 150,00 MR

note some of the cameras come with a lens.

then you can remove all the medium format lenses (even though it is possible to mount them using an adapter) these are all that say 6x7
eg
PENTAX 6X7 200/4 550,00 MR

then you have the lenses left, not many of them.
the PENTAX PK/FA 43/1,9 250,00 MR is nice

That's a nice selection of gear, but you're right that not all of it is anything you'd be interested in. For starters, you can mark off any of the listings that begin with "Pentax 6X7". The 6X7 is a medium format camera. And while it IS possible to use 6X7 lenses on your camera with an adapter, the truth is that it's not very practical. Also on the list are a number of Pentax 35mm camera bodies. The ME, MX, LX, K1000 are all film camera bodies.

Here's your list with all the film cameras, medium format cameras, flash units, and accessories edited out. I did this kinda quick, but I think all that's left are the lenses.

Without editing the entire list, let me give you some general guidance how to read it.

if you see pentax 6x7 or 645 these are mediul format cameras or it is implying that the lenses are for these cameras.

Under lens, and I have copied one example 28-80/3,5-4,5, the 28-80 implies a zoom lens and gives the two extreme focal lengths. The entry following th eslash (/) is the F Stop, the first f stop corresponds to 28mm focal length the second corresponds to 80mm.

Under type, if it states PK, PK/A these are lens mounts, all other entries I would understand as camera bodies. For the camera body, if there is no focal length attached it means body only, but if there is a focal length listed, it implies body with the lens listed.

There are also a couple of flashes listed here.
