Thanks for all your advise .. Its been helpful ~ But !!

Still own a Ricoh TLS401 & remembered buying a couple lens for it .. Went on a search & found a Rikenon 1:2.8 f=28mm & Polaris Auto Zoom 1:3.5 f=80 -210mm in storage with the camera ~

They appear to be well kept & in excellent condition ..

How would I go about mounting these onto my k-r & would it be worth the effort ?

Did a quick Google search and found this: Classic Cameras & Photography: Ricoh TLS 401
I believe the TLS401 uses 42mm screw mount lenses. If Iím not mistaken this is the same as the M42 screw mount, in which case you would need an M42-to-K-mount adapter to use these on your K-r. I donít have any experience with Rikenon lenses so I canít tell if they would be worth the effort or not.

Hopefully I can get out and shoot with the 28~200 Tammy this week, if I do, I will let you know how it goes - maybe post some pics of it for IQ reference (could be a relatively cheap option for you).
