I have an old Vivital 2x Macro focusing teleconvertor and it works great.

That's it. I believe it was branded by most of the 90mm marketers as well though the 90mm was more popular for medical / dental use. Many of the 90mm Elicars were packaged with a macro flash as well as a branded Elicar (Yashica?) 35mm SLR camera.
