Beautiful animal thats for sure!
Thanks for the photos - looks like there's more in common between Southern California and lower Eastern Austalia than just the vegetation and the land. Certainly supports the theory that the two landmasses were once joined!

Of course it counts! Any photos to show?

Would love to see some examples at f1.8? The DOF, particularly for close ups, would be scary!

Nice shot, we get them in the hundreds here, they fly very low and in large flocks too, my dog used to jump up and snatch them all the time
