3 lenses only, 1 from each group, plus maybe a "joker" lens from the rest of my collection, depending on my mood and occasion.

Honorable mention goes to the Tamron 18-200mm f/3.5-6.3 Di II macro, but I'm probably going to sell it sometime in the not too distant future and get something better. It's served me pretty well, though.

I have to say that I use mostly the first 3 lenses, and the DA18-250mm experienced possibly the largest number of shots.

FA 28-70mm f4 (Got it next to nothing, looks poor in health but its performance is terrific, great fit for streets on a smaller body)
DA* 16-50mm f2.8 (Stays on my K20d gets used more indoors)
FA 35mm f2 (Recent purchase, still haven't gotten it out of my system yet)
DA 16-45mm f4 (Another one of my daily-driver lenses, it bumps the 16-50 because of its size, and also the FA28-70 whenever I need to go wide)
Tamron 24-135mm f3.5-5.6 (This lens has gotten old, developed a small chip on its front element and now takes the backseat to others but previously, this was the most used lens)
