What is your "Walking Around Lens?"

Usual drivearound / walkaround: DA18-250
Walking around in tight spaces: Tamron 10-24
Walking around in open spaces: Komine 28/2 CFWA
Walkaround San Francisco, day: Enna Tele-Sandmar 100/4.5
Walkaround San Francisco, evening/night: Nikkor 85/2

The Vivitar-Komine 28/2 CFWA has been my lens-of-the-day most often lately.

Depends where I'm walking around, in the country or a park the DA55-300, on city streets or inside, 35/2.4.

So far this year it's been the A35-105. I found one earlier this year and it seems to spend the most time on the camera unless I'm doing something specific.

The Tamron 28-200 or the kit lens. I tend to keep most of my nice primes for using at home.

FA 43 Ltd, but usually if I have that I bring the DA 15 Ltd too. (It's just so compact there's no reason not too!)

Michaelina I've been seriously considering the FA 31 Ltd and your post is not helping my LBA! Nice shots!

For the last year or so the SMC Pentax M 400/5.6 has been my walk around lens. A tad heavy but it gets you up close and personal.

31 Ltd on the K-7 or 43 Ltd on the LX.

Used to be 50mm 1.7 now it's the 43mm ltd. Pretty much the perfect focal length for the way I see the world. I tried to make the 28mm my walk around but it was too wide for my taste, there are circumstances where I use it but I find it not as versatile for my personal shooting style.

There are 3 lenses that are always in my bag. The DA 40 ltd, DA 70 ltd, and DA 18-135. For walk-around use, the DA 18-135 gets the most use.

If I dont feel like carrying something big, I use a DA 70mm, since I prefer the longer end.

Use several different ones,think I have the DAL 50-200 on camera more than others like a F35-80,FA100-300,35 f2.8 and 28 f2.8.This is going to change,got a Promaster 28-105 in the mail this morning,from what I have seen out of it so far this one will stay on the camera most of the time.
