Does pentax still work on A lenses?

Lens is fine but it lost two inner screws that hold the helicoid guides in place. Nothing else is broken or lost. Just two screws missing. If I could find the right size screws could fix it myself. Will be so busy this time of year would rather let them do it.
thanks

Hi Barondla

I know that KEH has a big repair department and they take all cameras, unless it is a pentax proprietary screw (something I sincerely doubt, knowing a bit about Japanese manufacturing methods) I'm fairly certain they'd have the screws in stock. I've never used the repair center, but have bought many lenses thru them and have found them to be a good company.

NaCl(maybe someone else here has used them)H2O
