Can SMC Pentax AF 35-70mm F2.8 work on other camera beside ME-F

I got this lens recently and found out it is only work on ME-F in AF. Not sure any Pentax experts can solve this limitation and let me use it on my k-x.

I know the AF of this lens is the slowest in the world, but I would like to make it works.

Yes, it'll work on your K-x, as well as on any other camera that support M lenses. The AF will only work with the ME-F however (that might be an overstatement in itself

).

As Adam said, you will be able to mount it on K-x and you will be able to use it as pre A lens. In other words, manual entry of FL for SR, Av mode wide open only, and M mode with stop down metering. And of course no AF...

This is pity that I can not make it reborn on my k-x with its AF, but it is still a F2.8 zoom.

a very good 35-70/2.8 zoom.
