I end up using 16-50 most of the time. can DA*55mm F1.4 be a contender too ?
If you use the wide end the most- lens to get is DA15 LTD
If you use the middle range the most- lens to get is FA31 LTD
If you use the long end the most- lens to get is FA43 LTD or DA*55

Depends. Do you find yourself using the long end of the 16-50 or the wide end most often? Or somewhere in between?
In between but closer to wider end

For the macro I'd get the DFA 100 - I have the DA 35 macro and a Viv S1 105 macro and while the DA 35 is fine for close-ups and while capable of 1:1, you have to be so close to your subject that's its more difficult (and frustrating) to use, in my experience.

The prime choice isn't as clear cut. I felt deprived by only having 135mm, kept wanting something longer so I bought the DA*200 (I also have the DA*300). I love the 200 - it's more versatile than the 300, which tends to be a more specialized focal length - often far too long for my needs (but is otherwise an outstanding lens).

On the other hand, if you are comfortable with 135 as being your longest capability, then the FA 31 is always a good choice. I bought mine several months ago and it's rarely off my camera now. Between the Viv and the FA 31, I don't use the DA35 macro much anymore (but haven't wanted to sell it either). And buying the DA 35 macro first didn't stop me wanting the FA 31.

I have several 50mm lenses and never use them. On those few occasions I want something around 50mm I'll use the DA 50-135. If I want something faster than f2.8 I'll reach for either the FA 31 or the FA 77, which I find a better focal length than 50 for me.

Then maybe the DA 21 F3.2? It's a fine lens. Or the FA 31. I don't have one but I hear it's legendary.
