Is there someone on this forum with some practical experience with this lens?
Sharpness, flare resistance, bokeh? Maybe someone can post a picture made with this lens.
IMO it could complement nicely the pentax 12-24 (or even a sigma 10-20) wide angle lenses. I see it weighs quite a lot, but that is not a limiting factor for me.
I would appreciate your opinions.

Gee this lens has a lot of interest lately. Do a search of the forum and see what you can find.

I will be matching the 10-20 and the 24-70. Then hope to add a 70-200 to the list lift will be complete

Just made a thread on this one a couple of weeks ago. Personally I went a different route, but you can get one on keh.com in great condition for a very reasonable price.

i was considering this lens a couple weeks ago, either this one, the Sigma 24-60 or the Tamron 28-75. all of them were 2.8. I ended up with the Tamron though. A lot of people said it was the sharpest and best IQ out of the three. I'm still waiting for it to come in the mail.
