If you have a lens creap problem pick up one of those rubber wristbands and slip it on the lens like this one and that will stop it from doing that. The wife has a red one on her 18-250 with her red K-R and it looks like it was made that way. I put a yellow one on mine. As you can see.
I saw those things and thought they didn't work...but if you say it works, if I have that problem I'll buy one
Thanks for the advice!

Just bought a Tamron 18-250 for 229eur (shipping included) in ebay =)
Great price! You should get much good use from it; I sure do with mine.

Zoom creep: This came up in a nearby thread here. All my longer zooms creep; only the 18-250 has a lock. I've just learned to live with it. Haven't tried the wristband idea yet -- maybe I'll find one at the local one-buck store, eh? Anyway, have fun!

Just received the lens, it is in very good condition (little dust in the rubber parts) with box and all the papers.
The price was very good,I missed one @203eur+shipping, then started bidding on others that finished @280eur and 250eur+ shipping, this was a very good deal.
I just took some pictures to see if everything is ok, and the quality seems very good.
It suffers from zoom creep, but first I'll see if I can deal with it =)
Thanks all of you guys for the opinions!
