I recently saw the pentaxforum comparison review of the 3 'fast' wide f/2.8 zooms...
and for a while I figured I'd go with either the tamron or sigma...
but recently I found that there's a sigma 18-50 2.8 as well????
Well now I'm confused....
I did a quick check on photozone.de and found both sigma's to have somewhat similar MTF charts...
Does anybody have any thoughts on these 2 sigma lenses?... they seem extremely similar no?...

The Tamron is great if it helps....

Yeah I'm guessing it's probably going to be the 17-50... just depends on sigma vs tamron, both really good lenses I hear
