I am looking to add a little length to my lens i currently have the 50-200 lens and it is a great lens but it really have the length for any bird shots i may want to take so I was looking at the 75-300 zooms as an alternative to a fixed 300 or 400mm lens and was wondering if anyone has opinions about these lenses
Pentax smc P-FA J 75-300mm F4.5-5.8 AL Lens - (eBay item 200183470813 end time Dec-18-07 13:08:20 PST) Tamron 75-300mm AF Zoom Lens for Pentax AF SLR Cameras - (eBay item 230202638123 end time Dec-16-07 15:08:57 PST)
I know that the tamron has a option on it for macro from 180-300 so I have to admit I am leaning a little towards the tamron but would love any first hand experience anyone has out there
