Lens repair in Japan

I have a 15mm lens that fell out of my bag and now appears to be misaligned - when something in the distance is perfectly in focus in the center, it is out of focus near the top of the frame (e.g. a tall tower in the distance). I live in Nagoya which is pretty far from both Tokyo and Osaka which are, as far as I can tell, the only service locations in Japan. My question is, does anyone here have experience with these service centers and is one to be preferred over the other? Also, Has anyone here had a similar lens alignment repair? If so about how much did it cost?

Sample taken at f7.1. 2nd sample is a crop showing the upper half.

It might not be much help, but I had my k10 repaired under warranty in Tokyo.
Took it to shinjuku pentax forum after the SR switch broke off.

They had to send it away and it was safely delivered back to my apartment in under a week.
Think it was 4 days...

I was very happy with the service there.
