Lens for K10D

Really, only you can answer that. I don't know your shooting style. I know folks who go out with nothing but a DA 21 lmt, or the 31 lmt. or a FA50.

Most people find a zoom of some kind is more versatile as a walk around lens. Some like a super zoom like the DA18-250, and some prefer a lesser zoom of higher quality and faster speed. The DA*16-50 f2.8 is very popular - and expensive. My walk about is the Tamron 28-75 XR Di f2.8. It is a high quality lens at a reasonable price. It suits my style, as I don't go wide to often. But that is my style, it may not suit yours.

Well, All of your inputs have helped me considerably. And I thank you for this opportunity.
I am proud to announce that my K10D has arrived with the Pentax-FA 1:1.8 31mm AL Limited.
Also the Battery Grip and extra Battery.
The decision was finally made.

FYI- Im already thinking of some future lens purchases. Maybe a 77-mm Limited would be nice......
