So I see that Amazon is having a 1 day lens sale. Lenses in Canon, Nikon, Olympus, Panasonic and Sigma mounts - No Pentax Mounts? Note - Sigma lenses with only Sigma and Canon Mounts, and Tamron for only Canon and Nikon - I took a look at a few of the individual listings.

Apparently we are not worthy - and need to pay the penalty of full price...

Pentax's hasn't posted any discounts or anything this holiday season, but at least their stuff is in stock.

They're currently selling the K5 for less than any other legitimate US retailers.

I got a good deal off Amazon UK for the DA35/2.4 - 67GBP, brand new in box.

I was hoping they were going to do some of the Pentax lens too. Since they did not. Decided to bite the bullet and clicked through the forum to B & H and purchased the 35mm f2.8 Ltd Marco. Right now it is discounted to $540 and includes shipping. Should see this Friday.

Great lens, you'll be happy! Everytime I think about selling, I look at some of my shots with that lens and back in the bag it goes. Very versatile lens.
