LBA 2012: What will you be sucked into buying this year?

On another forum is a question like, What is your first lens purchase for the New Year? My answer:

Nothing yet, but the year is young. Still 1 January here in California. We'll just have to wait and see, eh? But what I HOPE for are 1) a hit on my quest for an ultralight (<120g) prime in the 20-30mm range, 2) a Meyer|Pentacon 30/2.8, 3) a Lentar-Tokina 25/3.5, and 4) whatever old European glass I can find cheap.
And of course whatever weird falls in front of me. But how about YOU all? Upon what lens(es) do y'all think you'll want to spend money? I'm not asking about how much you will budget, just a general road map. Are you going for superzooms, fisheyes, Limiteds, a pile of cheap MF primes, something labeled Leitz that costs over US$10k, or what?

Hopefully nothing. 2011 saw DA*60-250, DA*300, D/FA100mm macro, DA 18-135, Tamron SP 400mm f4, and the new Bigma os. Whew!
Hopefully nothing but probably not......

DA 21 or DA 15, and D-FA 100mm Macro WR.

I'm going to try to keep it to two lenses a year maximum... try...

Probably a DFA 100, maybe also a Tamron 28-75 as I have two weddings to go to early in the year. Also considering swapping my 31 ltd for a 43ltd and a Sigma 30, or I will just get a DA 40...decisions!

Old + New?

I'd like to get a 24mm manual prime, either an M or A, or maybe one of the Kirons I've heard good things about. At one time I had a Sigma 24mm f2.8 but it and the Me Super body it was mounted on, were stolen. Now that Sigma is up around $200.00 on eBay.
However, the main item I'd like to upgrade is the camera body. My K10 D has been reliable and versatile, but a higher ISO, better shadow detail and a few other goodies are calling me. I do a lot of available-light shooting with fast manual lenses, so the better low-light capabilities would be useful.
Either a new KR (they're still around!) or possibly a used K7 would be great.
Maybe a used 200mm f2.8, if I could get a deal!

Just bought a DA 18-135 on NYE to replace the kit lens.
Next up after some waffling (mostly with Sigma 24-70/2.8 DG EX HSM) is likely the Tamron 28-75/2.8.
Possibly a DA 55-300 to replace my Tamron/Quantaray before going for either a Sigma or Tamron 70-200/2.8 or the DA* 60-250.
Possibly a few K or KA primes depending on what comes up.
Some ND + CPL filters and step-up adapters.

I'd love to get a Sigma 24mm f/1.8, Sigma 10-20 zoom or the Pentax 12-24, and a sigma 150-500, or better yet the 50-500. I also plan on a Pentax 18-135 and a K5 (those will come near the end of January). There are some of the * lenses and limiteds I'd like, but I don't have that kind of money!

I have a sickeningly low budget for this stuff. My only targets for this year are a true macro lens (echoing others, maybe a D-FA 100mm Macro, but I also like the look of those older Lester Dine ones with the ring flash), and a 35mm f./2.8 AL Macro. It's looking really nice for its price.

If things go really, really well and I manage both of those, then a cheap but long mirror lens (just for fun) could be added to the list. If I win a lottery (which I don't buy tickets for) then I'd get a K-5 and a Bigma, but that's a pipe dream at this point.

Two YNG560 flashes for sure. Two fast zooms 16-50 2.8 and 50-135 2.8 or 28-75 2.8 and 70-200 2.8(depending on which way Pentax goes) Along with second body so I can be my friends 2nd shooter at weddings. A FA77 or DA70 and possibly a DA15. That will probably be it along with more lighting stuff if I need it.

Maybe the DA* 300mm but other than lenses, Profoto or Broncolor flash units, another Gitzo.

I'm still looking to fill out the wide end but I need to decide on fisheye or rectilinear and what I'm going to sell to fund it. Longer term and lower priority is a fast long AF zoom (50-135 or 70-200). My 24-70mm f/2.8 and embarrassment of manual primes and zooms covers most situations pretty well right now.

I have been resting the Sigma 17-50 2.8 OS HSM for some time now; but my resolve is weakening.

my goal is to acquire a 600mm f/4 and sell my 600 f/5.6 to offset some of the cost.

I already broke under the pressure and got myself a 100mm macro even though I already own a 90mm tammy macro. *bangs head against wall*

I blame the macro club. All those gorgeous pictures - all taken with the 100mm macro. *shakes head* And it's only Day Two of the New Year.

I'd still like to get a F 28-70 to see whether it really does compete against the F 35-70 but it's not urgent, so I'm willing to wait until the right price comes along.

Still toying with the idea of a PKA mount if I can bring myself to spend the money. I'm pretty happy with the pk m mounts atm to be honest.

What else... oh, a sigma 17-70. But again, not sure. Going overseas later this year and am trying to compress my kit so I can cover all my needs. It's that or get talked into a Tamron 28-200 AF. (or just settle with my 18-50 and 35-70 instead)

They're the only ones, and short of the PKA none of them are true 'needs' more like... wants. But I have soooo many lenses now. Maybe the real question is, what lenses are you willing to let go of this year?
