less SDM failures?

Since there is still quite a lot of talk about the SDM failures i want to know how many failures there really are on average the past few years.
So last say the last 2 to 3 years.

Since you can only vote for only thing i believe we will be doing this by hand so please keep the chatter here to a minium.
I know the DA18-135 uses DC but i'm curious if anyone had a problem with it.

What i like you to do is copy this list in your comment and state how many lenses you have of that model and how many has failed the last 2 to 3 years.
So if you have a DA*16-50 and it has failed write down DA*16-50 = 1-1
if it hasn't failed it would be DA*16-50 = 1-0 (you can leave out the zero if you want)

Every page i'll try to write down a total score till that point

DA17-70 =
DA18-135 =
DA*16-50 =
DA*50-135 =
DA*60-250 =
DA*55 =
DA*200 =
DA*300 =

Well here is my list.
DA17-70 =
DA18-135 =
DA*16-50 = 1
DA*50-135 = 1
DA*60-250 =
DA*55 =
DA*200 =
DA*300 =

We could probably do a more efficient survey than in threads- want me to try to set up a survey on the homepage?

Bought a DA 17-70 that had it's SDM motor replaced two years ago, the replacement failed on me last spring. I have no intention to acquire another buggy crap like this ever again!

At least follow the format like the other two....... you can rant about the lens elsewhere...

At the OP and Adam, a centralized voting system that allows changes would be best I imagine, as people buy lenses and some may fail after posting/voting.

If you want.

Make sure it's about the past few years because according to some Pentax had improve their SDM for the DA*16-50 and DA*50-135 so i'm curious if that change the scale these days.

Score so far.
DA17-70 = 2-2
DA18-135 =
DA*16-50 = 3-1
DA*50-135 = 3-0
DA*60-250 = 1-1
DA*55 = 2-0
DA*200 = 1-0
DA*300 = 2-0
